Get payed for playing video games!

Hey guys, i want really quick to tell you about this website where you can get payed for testing video games.
I know, i was like getting payed for playing games? I was as sceptical as you can be at first, but i thought, Hey its free, there is no way i can lose money, and if i just play videogames in my sparetime, i might aswell get payed for it. Everything you need to know is on there website.. if you dont want the job, you can withdraw it of cause.

(but you cant play Minecraft ):

Here is how it works.

it saves a great deal of money for companies like EA Sport.
If EA Sports releases a game to the general public and there are lots of bugs in it, they lose profits in three ways.
First, they lose money on returns and reissues.
Second, they lose money because some gamers will avoid purchasing future game releases from them.
Third, they lose referrals that would have spread from one satisfied gamer to another. And in order to make sure this doesn't happen, they rely on video game testers like YOU to find glitches and problems within their video game.
In exchange for doing so, they reward YOU quite well, which leads us to what you really want to know:

Can they really effort paying me for sitting at home, playing videogames? Yes they can, and they will.
Here is a list of the companies you will "work" for:

  • Acclaim Games
  • Activision Blizzard
  • Aventurine SA
  • Agetec
  • Akella
  • Alten8
  • Aspyr Media
  • Atari
  • Atlus
  • Bethesda Softworks
  • Big Fish Games
  • Boonty
  • Disney Interactive Studios
  • Bungie
  • Capcom
  • Cdv Software Entertainment
  • City Interactive S.A.
  • Codemasters
  • Conspiracy Entertainment
  • Crave Entertainment
  • Eidos Interactive
  • Deep Silver
  • Destineer
  • Electronic Arts
  • Epic Games

That is amazing how many companies will do that, and what you get paid is the best part. That is what pays my bills every month.

The pay varies from company to company, but just to give you an idea: If you're reliable, helpful to the game developers, and develop a reputation as an excellent video game tester, you can make upwards of $80 plus an hour.
  • First Star Software
  • Funcom
  • Got Game Entertainment
  • Her Interactive
  • Ignition Entertainment
  • Interplay Entertainment
  • inXile Entertainment
  • JoWooD Productions
  • Kemco
  • Konami
  • Legacy Interactive

  • Microïds
  • Microsoft Game Studios
  • Myelin Media
  • Namco Bandai
  • NCSoft
  • Neoact
  • Nintendo
  • O~3 Entertainment
  • Paradox Interactive

I use it myself, and have been for half a year now, and i am at the minimum thrilled about it.
I make more money than doctors
just by getting payed for testing video games.
  • Phantom EFX
  • PlayFirst
  • Playlogic Entertainment
  • Play Ten Interactive
  • PopCap Games
  • Rising Star Games
  • Sega Sammy
  • Shrapnel Games
  • SNK Playmore
  • Spell Bound
  • Sony Computer Entertainment
  • SouthPeak Interactive
  • Square Enix
  • Stardock
  • Strategy First
  • Take-Two Interactive
  • Tecmo Koei
  • THQ
  • Ubisoft
  • Valusoft
  • Warner Bros. Interactive
  • Xseed Games
  • XS Games
  • Zuxxez Entertainment
  • Zoo Digital Publishing

$80 an hour times 8 hours. A whopping $640 a day
Multiply that by 5 days a week for a total of $3,200 a week
But here's the best part. Multiply that by 52 weeks, which equals $166,400 a year
That's more than many lawyers and doctors make a year

Texture packs

I did not make any of these, links will be at the bottom.
---------------------------------------------------------

SOON!

pictures

I have been talking for a while now, and maybe you guys need a brake? If so i will be dumping some pictures here, about minecraft, funny comics, what people made in minecraft, maybe something i made myself.

SOON!

HINTS

This is where i make a brainstorm, of what i think is a good idea to do in Minecraft, and what is not a good idea to do in Minecraft. This is only for Beta, since i don't play Classic that much.

When making a new map, look around you for a good place to build a house or whatever you have in mind.
If you don't find a place you like, before the night falls, HIDE! without a house, weapons or anything, being out at night time is a bad idea... unless you have it on peaceful, which i think is kinda lame.
If you don't want Mobs, just play Classic instead.

First thing you want to do in Minecraft is getting some wood. Wood is one of the, if not the most important ting in Minecraft. But get some wood. build an axe, get cobberstone. Then mabye build a house, about this time the night is about to fall, so just stay inside your house. If you managed to get coal, to make torches it´s perfect. Put if not just spend a night in the dark.

Remember where your spawn point is, because that's where you will spawn when you die. Its not good if you die at night, and your spawn point is far away and unprotected. Mabye build a shelter around it, so you spawn inside there, or build your house close to the spawn point.

A good idea is to build your house inside a mountain, or down in the ground. Then you don't have to spend wood, stone or whatever, to build the house ouy in the open. Instead you get blocks from removing them from there.

Think about where the location of your house is. It´s not a good idea to build it on top of the biggest mountain, far away from water. You will need water at some point, if you are the building type.

Minecraft: crafting

This is where i would have giving you a picture of all the possible ways of crafting, but Minecraft just made an update, and there aren't a picture containing all of them at once. BUT as soon as that happens, i will post it here, for all of you to enjoy. Also the update is fucking awesome.

What is minecraft?

Its pretty much what the description tells, but there is so more to tell about it.

but first a little 1:30 minute video (1:24 but you need a few seconds to get away the tears because its so beautiful) I found this the other day, and it lets you can see how Minecraft looks like. Plus its a fucking awesome video.
All rights to whoever the owner of the video is and jada jada.

First i am going to tell you all about the Classic game play, It is a bit different from Beta, i prefer Beta because i am more in to the survival part. Classic is more about building incredible buildings and art.
In classic you don't have to think about getting attacked by Mobs. There is no health bar, so falling from high places will not do anything. In Beta you have to work to get the blocks, and what not (swords and stuff) But in Classic you have an inventory with unlimited blocks and an entire world just for you without animals and Monsters. Some Blocks are only available in Classic and vise versa. Classic single, and multi player is free online, but it is the Beta you pay for. Only 9 bucks and its 9 bucks worth spending if you like sandbox games.

This is what a randomly made map in Beta might look
like. Health bar and action bar at the bottom, and the
players arm in the sight of himself.
The minecraft graphics is not the best to say the least. But Notch still managed to make it look awesome. You can also put skins and texture packs in the game, but more on that later.
^1
A thing that happens in minecraft worlds sometimes,
is cliffs like this, the whole world you play in is randomly
made just for you. The map has all kinds of environments
called Biomes, they are similar to the ones we have IRL. but more on that later.
 ^2
The player has been playing for a while now, he got
himself some stuff. Right now, he is making himself an
axe. As you can see there is some sticks and stones.
place them in the workbench and viola, you got yourself
an axe. axes is  only used on wood, but i use them on leaves as well.
Beginners can have a really hard time finding out how to build the different kind of stuff. But after some time, they are just stuck in your head. If that's not the case, remember Google is your friend

^3
Leave me alone :( i just want to survive for one night.
Yes this will be what you cry out, when the night falls. (i know i did)
This is one of the 12 different Mobs found in minecraft. Some will attack you and some wont. Its obvious to see whose bad and whose good/neutral.
But don't worry, a simple punch or too will knock him
off his feet. although there is faster ways to kill him like swords and bows.
^4
Did he damage you? Then you might consider killing this badboy.
Its a pig....he may be fucking ugly and annoying when he is in the way but he drops pork chops, and you can cook them in a
furnace and then eat it to gain your life back. One of many ways
to make food in minecraft Beta. Fishing is another option (which i prefer)
^5
This is an (iron)sword, swords is used to kill Mobs. It is a faster way then punching, or using another object that's not meant to it. Weapons comes in multiple forms or whatever. You can make Wood swords which is the weakest one. Stone swords is what you will use at first, in a long period of time, until you get iron so you can make iron swords. and finally DIAMOND swords, which is a rare case to obtain (unless you are a cheater)
you can also make gold swords, but they have no use except for being pretty, because they give the same amount of damage as wood. Bows is a good weapon to have if you don't want to get in close combat with Mobs, but every time an arrow hits its gone forever. unless it hits a block of some sort, then you can just pick it up again.
